Join us from 12 noon until 4 PM for refreshments and the opportunity to meet with staff and other students. A great time to relax, ask questions and ... relax. Also, on Saturday Sept 27th, Partner Yoga (Yoga 4 Two) workshop from 4 PM until 6 PM. $60 total cost for the two of you. It was wonderful to meet with all those who attended! April 25th - 27th, 2008 we were at 'The Yoga Conference and Show' held at The Metro Convention Centre. We are one year old as of May 2006.  Watch for an upcoming open house at the studio which will include demonstrations, an information session and a 'free' draw for a family membership to the AGO (Art Gallery of Ontario) just for filling in a short opinion questionaire. Donations will be accepted to assist two orphanges in Guatemala, but there is no obligation.  Details will be posted here very soon. Namaste                                . On December 2nd, 2005 "Open Arms Yoga" hosted the 1st 'SoulFood' open house.  The event provided existing clients as well as new students, the chance to visit the studio, ask questions and receive a number of free introductory demos (Reflexology with Robin, Reiki with Simone and Thai Massage with Benny) during the evening.  The event was very successful and others will be announced on this page as they are planned.
